Team and individual sports and identifying and promoting their talent in any of the creative field will allow them to feel free mentally and there by, make kids healthy both internally and externally. The mental and physical fitness of the children through all these practices will definitely carve out a healthy generation. Simply planning proper kids’ health policies will have a far reaching impact on the future of any country.
