But the bad news is, men do not consider these as hurdles and take them as a part of life. Thus, they do not entertain frequent health checkups and visit to physicians. </p>

The bank savings and luxurious life style will drain away some day if we do not give importance to our health right from the young age. Therefore, in this context, kids’ health gains significance. Practicing a disciplined life style right from the tender age will help to retain the healthy way of living even at the older age.  </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Kids are unaware of their nutritious needs, so it is the duty of the parents to make the kids aware of the nutritious value of food. They should also preach them the importance of being healthy. Small and sturdy steps taken by the parents with a clear understanding will help to make the kids healthy. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Now-a-days, kids’ health is lot more affected by their affinity towards junk foods. We cannot compel them to avoid this habit all of a sudden, as in the present scenario we cannot avoid children from getting into contact with junk foods that have low protein content. Several researches have already shed light on the fact that junk food habit, feeding in front of television and less participation in sports activities are adversely affecting kids’ health.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">We all know that vegetables and fruits have rich vitamin contents that are vital for growth of the children. As an attempt to make the kids healthy, parents have to be a role model by practicing the habit of including more vegetable and fruits in their own diet, so the child will follow that. Along with that, they should make the child aware of the vitamin contents in each vegetable and the importance of that vitamin in the body functioning. These measures and practices will automatically pave the way for kids’ health, as the kid will begin to realize what he or she is doing.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Not only physical health, an active mental health is also essential to make the kid healthy to the core. Other than academic activities, allowing kids to participate in any of the sports or recreational activities will make the kid mentally healthy  as they will feel lot more relaxed while indulging in the activity of their interest. Kids’ health will improve a lot when you allow them to practice exercise or meditation. The system of education practiced today adds lot of pressure and there by, affects the kid’s health to a great deal. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Therefore, to tackle this other than teaching them the habit of eating nutritious food to keep the body healthy, they should also be preached the importance of gaining control over their mind. Team and individual sports and identifying and promoting their talent in any of the creative field will allow them to feel free mentally and there by, make kids healthy both internally and externally. The mental and physical fitness of the children through all these practices will definitely carve out a healthy generation. Simply planning proper kids’ health policies will have a far reaching impact on the future of any country.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Health can be in simple terms defined as a state of well being, that applies both to your physical as well as mental condition. A healthy mind as we know lives in a healthy body, so your physical health is very important for an overall feeling of well being. The most important thing to being healthy and staying that way is to know what you are eating and drinking. Nutrition and the food that you eat play a major role in deciding your health conditions. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Starving or going on a crash diet is not the answer to a good health. In fact, you would only make yourself sick that way and end up losing your health instead of deriving any significant benefits. Keeping good health is a regular process and you need to keep at it.
